    Legislating Poverty:
    What Poverty Groups Don’t Say.
By: Gölök Buday, Aka The Absent Mind.

Poverty is usually and constantly blamed for the lack of bureaucratic big government programs and taxes lower than a 100%. The lack of income distribution according to party rank, aka Communism (Lower Authoritarianism, Collectivism and/or Totalitarianism). Letting people earn a living and keep as much of what they earn as they do, even if it’s 1% of their earnings.
This is all Wrong! Poverty is based on an assortment of problems an assortment of problems that the U.S. Constitution and it’s founders and drafters fought hard intellectually and physically to combat and succeeded until people decided to start disregarding the most high of all United States of American Laws.
These concepts established rights such as the right to own and build on earned property, this included the right to intellectual property and the right to gain income and royalties for the use of it. The right not to be deprived of Life, Liberty, Privacy and Property without due process. Some say Privacy is Happiness but, despite it being the same thing in many cases, this came into play with the Eye of Ra on the U.S. Dollar. Due process included the right to council, the right to be protected from unreasonable search and seizure, including in war time, and and quick and speedy trial. There was to be no federal taxes on goods, services, and income. There was, for the sake of limited necessary services (mint, federal roads, political honorariums, military defence, and few other miner things.), an allowance for the tarrifs and excise of foreign goods, services and documented worker’s income. This would be based on an appraisal of the Federation’s/Union’s market and it’s value. On the state level there may be limited flat taxation and even on a local level where even some user fees may exist if feasible for essential services, since states and municipalities can not charge tarrifs on each other. The Government(s) on any level may not take what it does not need. It may not create a need by making the Government an employment program. These are also property rights. The right to think, speak, worship how you wish, assemble peacefully (not blocking traffic for instance), and not being considered guilty by basic association alone (suspicion is not accusation of guilt). The right to keep and bare arms. These include the right to defend your stuff and thoughts and have them as well. It also defends against a state religion, which often makes the president or "leader" God by decree, something that is very dangerous, and something England to this day still has, and America still has to be on the defence against thanks to MI5/6 and CIA ties through the NSA/C. The right not to be ruled by the tyrrany of either one, a small minority, or majority through Nationalism as opposed to Federalism also exists for this sake. This is an issue that popped up in the electoral college debate, although, I would say it is a series of points/votes and not a college of individuals; this also includes a congressional body based on the constitutional enumeration and a single Senator per state that at some point became two; all electable. On the state and municipal level things change a bit an, in some cases, the elect too many people; such as insurance commissioner which may as well be a gaming commissioner.
Now all this being said the Espial organizations in North America and elsewhere in the world, including but not limited to Anti-Poverty Groups (which oddly enough have people who use other’s poverty to make a living being on the boards of these orgs.), the NSA/C-CIA-MI5/6, etc..., are constantly trying to stay alive by keeping a welfare tax mongering state(s) in order to keep the populous down and control the wealth of the world. The wealthiest 1% may not be in control of the doe, it may be the poorest less than 1%. Managers from MUM(.edu) (hence MUMs the word, what I say when ever they pop up) and Engineers from Yale and some Anglo-Indian Schools from India for instance are controlling a lot off the wealth; from intellectual capital to realastate, to wives, to income. Some people may be wealthy and homeless, some on Welfare, some being handled; some think they are welfare and their handlers just buy stuff with one of those rich men’s money. Business owners have been royally screwed; either by tax codes or cults or other espial organizations. A Holding Company is like a handler for someone else's business, as Monty Python seemed to have labeled it in the "Meaning of Life," Crimson Tide Assurance. Business Pirate Ships taking over and destroying business. Or at least taking over for the same.
From tax schemes or rates and systems designed for Accountants, to stupid laws designed to help the legal branch (since the Accountancy and Legal Branch are now mixing in the legislative and executive where they shouldn’t), to silly regulations and Espionage funding the government is crushing individual liberty, making business for their buddies or themselves, and killing the financial state of their Federations, Nations, Unions, States, Countries, etc...
Business and Individual Freedom is dependent of capitalism and free thought; it is dependent on all those rights that the founders of the United States spelled out simply and concisely. The economy is not lacking a demanding consumer, but it is lacking expendable income, free thought and intellectual property rights, business rights, general property rights, and privacy rights. The right to life, liberty, privacy, and property. I did forget the right to choose. Now I am not talking the murder of children, in which is an issue I get called the blanket statement “anti-choose” on. Although I do take issue with who to blame for the abortion, but that’s another issue. Liberty is the right to choose whether or not to entertain as a stripper, comedian, actor, writer, etc... and to choose how vulgar your suggestions and material is. This does not pertain to actual vulgar action, just vulgar words, dance, faned action, etc... It’s about choosing a candidate of your choice in elections, not the two the media and their leash bearer decide for you. This means legitimate election results, not just avoiding the emberrasment of the polls failling after using the fraudulent poll. It means to choose how you spend your own money, your own purse, your own income as an individual and not be taxed for the sake of freeloading programs that offer no pay back in the end. Most of people’s income belong in their pockets and private accounts; this is if it’s legitimately gained. This includes a competitive markets, there is nothing wrong with anti-trust laws; there is a problem with competition bans. There is no excuse for one news source, or one looking like several. This choosing how your money is spent includes banks holding your money and spending it on stock or insurance and assurance companies doing the same, or anyone or anything; no matter what it is wrong. It also means no Business bailouts. That is anti-competitive.
In closing all I can say is, look to the constitution, look to freedom. Only then will there be a demanding consumer with decent spending money and decent products to follow, not the half assed mediocrity seen lately. Especially in the Video Gaming business. It’s an absolute travesty what has happened. I don’t worry about Iraq, or some "Terrorist" organization. I worry about spies and big government, I worry about my country, The United States of America and it’s Canadian Territories, because they are the ones who have lost sight of what they stand for, the US of A was not an evil plot from the beggining; maybe Saddam Hussien and Certainly Espial Organizations were and this includes the Nation of England and Israel. Of course their anti-poverty groups are dead if poverty was dead and they’d be out of a job or out of excuses for not having one. I am an Non-International Libertarian as opposed to an Authoritarian International Terrorist, such as a Spy. Gölök Buday, is a libertarian writer living in Vancouver, BC aka (US) State of Neo Sumer; and is sneaking out of the closet here and there to write; he is a constant victim of epsial groups and is an expert on their activities and the evil’s of big government.
